The first Ducette class in Guelph last night was a success!

With 6 participants from various parts of southern Ontario, we were able to create a variety of rattail cord bracelets and necklaces.  Some came with their own polymer clay and lampwork beads to see how to incorporate this braiding technique with their designs.  Creativity was flowing with different coloured cord mixes happening too.  It was wonderful to be able to share just some of the possibilities of this latest evolution in fibre art tools. What was old is new again!

I encourage anyone who has explored even more aspects of this braiding technique to share it here!
